Ibanez SA260FMSince it was Beth’s birthday last week, I took her over to our favorite music store, All Music, and let her pick out a new guitar. The sales guy was pushing the Fender guitars (mostly the Strat) on us and Beth liked them but she wasn’t thrilled with them. I asked to see the Ibanez and when Beth tried out the SA260FM, she fell in love with it. I think it had to do with the neck feel because Beth has small hands so she likes the thinner neck on the Ibanez. The guitar has a mahogany body and maple top. It’s very pretty with a bright amber finish. It was probably a little too expensive for a birthday present so it will be part of Christmas too.
